The EIRs definition

The EIRs means the Environmental information Regulations 2004.
The EIRs means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. “The Tribunal” means the Information Tribunal.
The EIRs means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.

Related to The EIRs

  • The Employee means the Executive Manager appointed in terms of Section 56 of the Systems Act;
