the CSA means the Common Services Agency for the Scottish Health Service constituted under Section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
The Customer means the original purchaser under the purchase agreement.
Beach means the sandy, pebbly or rocky shore -
The Club means the above-named club;
the Chair means the Chair of the Licensing Committee.
PIM means that the PIM for the Original Project, revised specifically for this additional financing-Project which manual is referred to in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and contains, inter alia, monitoring and performance indicators, procurement guidelines, bidding procedures, other relevant arrangements for carrying out the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the approval of the Association, and such term includes any schedules and attachments supplemental to the Project Implementation Manual.
First Chicago means The First National Bank of Chicago in its individual capacity, and its successors.
Asset Manager means the manager of each of the Series Assets as specified in each Series Designation or, its permitted successors or assigns, appointed in accordance with Section 5.10.
SCC means the Special Conditions of Contract.
The University means the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
State Street means the relevant State Street entity performing services pursuant to this Agreement.
New York Federal Reserve s Website" means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York currently at http://www.newyorkfed.org, or any successor website;
Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.
CLO Asset Manager means, with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CLO, the entity that is responsible for managing or administering the underlying assets of such Securitization Vehicle or, if applicable, the assets of any Intervening Trust Vehicle (including, without limitation, the right to exercise any consent and control rights available to the Directing Holder).
Finance Department means the Finance Department of the Government of Assam;
The Employee means the Executive Manager appointed in terms of Section 56 of the Systems Act;
the Director means the Director of the IMO International Maritime Law Institute;
ESMF means the Recipient’s framework, setting out the rules, guidelines and procedures to assess environmental and social impacts of the Project’s activities, and measures to reduce, mitigate or offset adverse social and environmental impacts and enhance positive impacts of said activities including public consultation, institutional arrangements for the implementation, monitoring and supervision of said measures, as the ESMF may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of the Association.
CDO Asset Manager with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CDO, shall mean the entity that is responsible for managing or administering a Note as an underlying asset of such Securitization Vehicle or, if applicable, as an asset of any Intervening Trust Vehicle (including, without limitation, the right to exercise any consent and control rights available to the holder of such Note).
Summit means the Summit of the Heads of State or Government of SADC established by Article 9 of this Treaty;
the Chairman means the Chairman presiding at any meeting of members or of the Board;
First Nation means the ___________ First Nation, being a band named in the schedule to the Act;
National City National City Mortgage Co., or any successor thereto.
DCFS means COUNTY’s Department of Children and Family Services
State superintendent means the state superintendent of public instruction.
