Examples of the Assignments in a sentence

  • To avoid the unnecessary expense and administrative inconvenience associated with the execution and recording or filing of multiple Assignments, Seller shall execute the Assignments relating to the Mortgage Loans naming the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders as assignee.

  • The Purchaser or the Purchaser's designee shall be responsible for recording the Assignments of Mortgage and shall be reimbursed by the Seller for the costs associated therewith pursuant to the preceding sentence.

  • All recording fees related to such a one-time recordation of the Assignments to or by a Seller shall be paid by the applicable Seller.
