Testing and Commissioning Program definition

Testing and Commissioning Program means the program developed pursuant to Article 21.
Testing and Commissioning Program means the testing regime developed by Contractor pursuant to Article 19 and in accordance with Schedule 2.
Testing and Commissioning Program means the program developed pursuant to Article 22 and Schedule 2.

  • Owner and Contractor acknowledge that the Testing and Commissioning Program will be developed and expanded during the course of the Contract as may be necessary to comply with Contract requirements.

  • Except as provided for in the Testing and Commissioning Program or expressly in this Article 8, the costs of carrying out any test and inspection under the Contract including the cost of all utilities consumed shall be borne by Contractor.

  • Contractor shall develop the Testing and Commissioning Program in accordance with Contract requirements, including, but not limited to, Schedule 2 so as to ensure fully functioning Trainsets.

  • All inspection, testing and commissioning applicable to the Work shall be conducted in accordance with the Testing and Commissioning Program.

  • Where tests have been undertaken on parts of the Work but such parts, at the time of such tests, were not complete to the extent contemplated under the Testing and Commissioning Program, including parts of the Work which were outstanding items of Work, then upon completion of such parts to the extent contemplated under the Testing and Commissioning Program, Contractor shall carry out such further tests as are necessary to demonstrate compliance with the Testing and Commissioning Program.

  • The Contractor shall continuously monitor the Testing and Commissioning Program as the design, manufacture and installation of the Work is progressed, and propose such revisions, for the Authority review, as are necessary to ensure that the implementation of the Testing and Commissioning Program achieves the principal purpose set out in section 2 below.

  • Where a change to the inspection, testing and / or commissioning requirements is occasioned pursuant to Articles [9 and 16] of the General Provisions, the Contractor shall submit a revised Testing and Commissioning Program for the Authority’s review.

Related to Testing and Commissioning Program

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators.
