Tesoro Services definition

Tesoro Services means the Operational Services, Specialized Services and Other Services with respect to the Tesoro Assets either as set forth on the Service Schedules or as agreed upon by the applicable Parties pursuant to a Service Order.

Examples of Tesoro Services in a sentence

  • In addition, a Party may incur costs and expenses relating to permits, licenses, utilities, communications, consultants, security, and similar matters that are related to Logistics Services or Tesoro Services.

  • Each Party shall give the other Parties reasonable access to its premises as may be required for the other Parties to provide or receive the Services or the Tesoro Services, as applicable, hereunder.

  • Either Party may supply or provide materials, equipment and supplies associated with Logistics Services or Tesoro Services.

  • The Party providing the Logistics Services or the Tesoro Services (the “Secondment Provider”), as the case may be, shall invoice the recipient of Logistics Services or Tesoro Services performed by the Seconded Employees (the “Secondment Recipient”) on or before the tenth (10th) Business Day after the end of each month during the Period of Secondment.

  • The Parties shall maintain industry standard data back up and recovery procedures, as well as an industry standard disaster avoidance and recovery plan, in connection with all of its systems used in performing the Services and the Tesoro Services.

  • The Service Recipient shall not be required to pay fees for any affected Service(s) or Tesoro Service(s), as the case may be, during the Force Majeure.

  • Each Party shall limit such access to those of its employees, agents, and representatives with a bona fide need to have such access in connection with the Services or the Tesoro Services.

  • During the period of the Force Majeure event, the Service Provider shall be excused from the performance with respect to its obligations related to the provision of the applicable Service(s) or Tesoro Service(s) hereunder.

Related to Tesoro Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.
