Terumo Agreement definition

Terumo Agreement means that certain Development and License Agreement between Terumo Corporation and Diacrin, Inc. dated September 4, 2002, as amended, as transferred to GenVec pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of April 14, 2003, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the date hereof or as permitted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
