Tennessee Act definition

Tennessee Act means the Tennessee Revised Limited Liability Company Act, 48 Tenn.C. §§ 249-101, et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, and any successor thereto.
Tennessee Act means the Tennessee Information Privacy Act, Tenn. Code Xxx. 47-18-3201 et seq., as changed, supplemented, amended, or replaced.
Tennessee Act means the Tennessee Business Corporation Laws.
