Tender Securing Declaration definition

Tender Securing Declaration means a security by way of declaration provided by the tenderer when the procurement is within the exclusive preference limits; provided under the Ninth and Thirteenth Schedules to these Regulations;
Tender Securing Declaration means a security by way of declaration provided by the tenderer when the procurement is within the exclusive preference limits; provided under a preference scheme that is promulgated in accordance with the laws of Swaziland.
Tender Securing Declaration means a declaration by a tenderer that, if the tenderer is awarded the tender, the tenderer will enter into the procurement contract at the price and on the conditions specified in the tenderer’s tender;

Examples of Tender Securing Declaration in a sentence

  • We understand this Tender Securing Declaration shall expire if we are not the successful Tenderer, upon the earlier of (i) our receipt of your notification to us of the name of the successful Tenderer; or (ii) twenty-eight days after the expiration of our Tender.

  • A Tender Securing Declaration shall use the form included in Section IV, Tendering Forms.

  • We understand this Tender Securing Declaration shall expire if we are not the successful Tenderer, upon the earlier of (i) our receipt of your notification to us of the name of the successful Tenderer; or (ii) twenty-eight days after the expiration of our Tender.

  • I We understand that, according to your conditions, bids must be supported by a Tender- Securing Declaration.

  • The Tenderer shall furnish as part of its Tender, either a Tender- Securing Declaration or a Tender Security, as specified in the TDS, (ITT 18.1) in original form and, in the case of a Tender Security, in the amount and currency specified in the TDS.

  • The Tender Security may be forfeited or the Tender Securing Declaration executed: if a Tenderer withdraws its Tender during the period of Tender validity specified by the Tenderer in the Form of Tender, or any extension thereto provided by the Tenderer; or if the successful Tenderer fails to: sign the Contract in accordance with ITT 45; or furnish a Performance Security in accordance with ITT 46.

  • MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS MR ▇▇▇▇/FAIL MR1 ▇▇▇▇ filled, signed and stamped Tender Securing Declaration Form in the format provided.

  • This Section includes the forms for Tender submission, Letter of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Securing Declaration, and Qualification Information, to be completed and submitted by the Tenderer as part of its Tender.

  • A Tender Security or Tender- Securing Declaration shall use the form included in Section IV, Tendering Forms.

  • We understand this Tender Securing Declaration shall expire if we are not the successful Tenderer, upon the earlier of (i) our receipt of your notification to us of the name of the successful Tenderer; or (ii) twenty- eight days after the expiration of our Tender.
