Temporary Securities definition

Temporary Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.
Temporary Securities means the shares of Series C Preferred Stock, the shares of Series D Preferred Stock and the Common Shares, in each case, issued by the Company to the Investors pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Upon exchange of this Regulation S Temporary Global Note for one or more Global Notes, the Trustee shall cancel this Regulation S Temporary Global Note.
