Temporary Promotions. An arbitration case won by NWSEO now requires the agency to make temporary promotions when forecasters cover vacant positions for 20 days or more.
Temporary Promotions means working a higher job classification for more pay for a period of eight (8) hours or more on a consecutive basis.
