Telos ID definition

Telos ID means Telos Identity Management Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Telos ID means Telos Identity Management Solutions, LLC (d/b/a Telos ID), a Delaware limited liability company. “Term Loan” has the meaning specified therefor in S ection 2.2 of the Agreement.
