Telecommunications Code definition

Telecommunications Code means a document published by the Commission setting out rules, guidelines and procedures on telecommunications related matters, including access to facilities and co-location.
Telecommunications Code means the Code set out at Schedule 2 of the Act. "WorldCom Affiliate" shall mean any company of which WorldCom is a Subsidiary and any Subsidiary of such company and any Subsidiary of WorldCom, the term "Subsidiary" having the meaning ascribed thereto in Sections 736 and 736A of the Companies ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.
