Clinically Safe definition

Clinically Safe means the appropriate management and avoidance of Clinical Hazards and Clinical Risks in order to ensure patient safety, including anything which has the potential to cause harm to a patient, but excluding health and safety considerations in terms of operating Compliant GMS Systems;

  • Medically stationary means that no further material improvement would reasonably be expected from medical treatment or the passage of time.

  • Biologically-based mental illness means schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, paranoia and other psychotic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and panic disorder, as these terms are defined in the most recent edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.

  • Technically Feasible refers solely to technical or operational concerns, rather than economic, space, or site considerations.

  • Contractor Commercially Sensitive Information means the information listed in the Contractor Commercial Sensitive Information Annex to the Contract being information notified by the Contractor to the Authority which is acknowledged by the Authority as being commercially sensitive information.

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.
