Technical Commissioning definition

Technical Commissioning. “Technical Commissioning” means delivery of the Software and loading of the Software onto the Equipment such that the Software can be accessed from a remote location.
Technical Commissioning means the engineering verification process after construction whereby the Seller ensures that the Plant is fit for purpose and ready for the Plant Commercial Operations Tests.
