Tech Refresh definition

Tech Refresh means, as determined by Lenovo one of the following: • Refresh of controllers, meaning that the controllers will be replaced and upgraded. • Refresh of individual new generation components if other components are still latest generation. • Full stack refresh, when a new generation of all components is available, or as otherwise determined in Lenovo’s sole discretion. For the purpose of this SOW, full stack refresh means the replacing of a DM system with a new DM system.

Examples of Tech Refresh in a sentence

  • For a Subscription Period from one (1) to five (5) years, Tech Refresh can occur only during the last year of the Subscription Period, and it requires an extension of the Subscription for at least three (3) additional years.

  • For Subscription Periods from six (6) to ten (10) years Tech Refresh can only occur at the end of the fifth year but only provided that the Subscription Period has at least three (3) years remaining in the Subscription Period at the time of effective replacement.

  • Otherwise, an extension of the Subscription Period will be required for at least three (3) additional years post Tech Refresh.

Related to Tech Refresh

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • S&P means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, a division of The ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Companies, Inc. and any successor thereto.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
