The Parent/Guardian shall immediately contact the Club’s Treasurer and their Team Manager to inform them of any inability on the part of the Parents to make any Club Fee or Team Fee payment at least ten (10) days prior to the payment due date per the Fee Payment Contract.
Each player can fundraise an amount equal to the current season Organizational Fee and/or Team Fee PLUS the following season’s Organizational Fee in Full.

The composition, skill set, titles and minimum quantity of members on the Dedicated Team are shown in Table 5.1. The services of these staff members are included in the Dedicated Team Fee amount.
During the Pre-Opening and Opening Period, Aquella Property Management shall pay Andara Resort a monthly fee which represents the Executive Team Fee and 15% of the Operating Expenses, and the Payroll Expenses (if any).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Managerial Remuneration plus the Executive Team Fee payable to the Andara Resort during the Management Period shall not exceed THB 1,200,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$276,720), VAT included.
In the event of Managerial Remuneration payable to Andara Resort during the Management Period does not reach THB 1,200,000 million (equivalent to approximately HK$276,720), Aquella Property Management shall pay the difference as Executive Team Fee.
Team Fee: An Additional monthly fee may be required from each player to cover team expenses (tournament registrations, 2nd tier league referee fees (1st tier paid by club), coach’s travel expenses, etc., not covered by the initial Team Start-Up fee.
