Team Bonus definition

Team Bonus means any compensation, in addition to Annual Base Salary relating to services performed during any Plan Year, whether or not paid in such Plan Year or included on the Federal Income Tax Form W-2, payable to a Participant as an Employee under the Employer's team bonus plans that are based on team performance goals.

  • Your proposed Team Bonus Award would generally vest and be payable to you only if you remain continuously employed with BNY-Mellon through the end of the Transition Period, except as otherwise provided in Section 3.

Related to Team Bonus

  • Target Bonus means Executive’s annual (or annualized, as applicable) target bonus in effect immediately prior to Executive’s Qualifying Termination or, if Executive’s Qualifying Termination occurs during the Change in Control Period and the amount is greater, Executive’s annual (or annualized, if applicable) target bonus in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.
