Taxable Parcel definition

Taxable Parcel means any Parcel that is not a Tax-Exempt Parcel.
Taxable Parcel means any Parcel within Improvement Area No. 1 that is not exempt from the Special Taxes pursuant to law or Section H below.
Taxable Parcel means any Parcel within the STD that is not a Tax-Exempt Port Parcel or a Parcel for which the Special Tax has been prepaid pursuant to Sections 53317.3 or 53317.5 of the Mello-Roos Act.

Examples of Taxable Parcel in a sentence

  • The Maximum Project Special Tax Rate for a Taxable Parcel of Developed Property will be the greater of the applicable Assigned Project Special Tax Rate or the applicable Backup Project Special Tax Rate.

  • Each RMA will provide for: (i) backup Project Special Tax rates that will be applied to each Taxable Parcel in a tract map, Improvement Area, tax zone, condominium plan, or other identifiable area on Developed Property (each a “Backup Project Special Tax Rate”); and (ii) maximum Project Special Tax rates on Developed Property and Undeveloped Property (each a “Maximum Project Special Tax Rate”).

More Definitions of Taxable Parcel

Taxable Parcel means an assessor’s parcel of real property or other assessor’s parcel of property (e.g., a condominium parcel) within a CFD that is not an Exempt Parcel.
