Task Authorization/Task Order (TA) definition

Task Authorization/Task Order (TA) means a process used by a Department/Division/ Office to obtain the appropriate approval for an individual engagement under certain continuing service agreements. The terms may be used interchangeably.

Related to Task Authorization/Task Order (TA)

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • RFP means Request for Proposal.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
