Target Candidate Profile definition

Target Candidate Profile or “TCP” means a set of characteristics agreed upon by the Parties prior to the Effective Date and attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C.
Target Candidate Profile means, for each Stage 3 Small Molecule Program, the set of attributes and criteria set forth in the applicable Research Plan used to select and prioritize new chemical entities for the Target of such Stage 3 Small Molecule Program.
Target Candidate Profile means, with respect to a Hit Program, the certain, desired characteristics of a potential Development Candidate arising from such Hit Program, as provided pursuant to Section 3.3.1.1 (ESR Activities).
