Tahoe Basin definition

Tahoe Basin means the area, within the State of California, as defined by the California-Nevada Interstate Compact, Article II, Paragraph C, as contained in Section 5976 of the State Water Code.
Tahoe Basin means the unincorporated area of Placer County, which is adjacent to and drains into Lake Tahoe.
