Systems Availability definition

Systems Availability is the ratio of hours that Systems are available in a calendar month, to the total number of hours in that calendar month.
Systems Availability is defined as the acceptable ratio of hours those production systems are available (excluding regularly scheduled maintenance of up to four (4) hours per week) in a calendar month to the total number of hours in that calendar month. nFront is not responsible of liable for problems or outages associated with systems or providers outside of nFront's control, such as, but not limited to telecommunication failures, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or the Internet network backbone.

Examples of Systems Availability in a sentence

  • If the Health Plan is extending access to “critical systems functions” to providers and Enrollees as described in Section XI.D.1., above, it shall submit a monthly Systems Availability and Performance Report to the Agency as described in Section XII, Reporting Requirements, otherwise this reporting requirement is not applicable.

  • The Contractor shall submit to DCH a monthly Systems Availability and Performance Report as described in Section 4.18.3.3.

  • The Information Systems Availability and Performance Report shall be submitted using the template provided by the Agency; the template’s layout is illustrated in Table 6, below.

  • Internet Server and Connectivity Standards [YPS to provide] Bandwidth utilization statistics shall be included in the Monthly Systems Availability Report and be provided on a daily basis.

  • The Systems Availability and Performance Report should be formatted as shown in Table 8, below.

Related to Systems Availability

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • General Availability means the date a version of Software was first made available to be licensed by Sandvine customers.

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.

  • Suppressed Availability means, at any time, an amount, if positive, by which the Borrowing Base at such time exceeds the Aggregate Commitments at such time; provided that Suppressed Availability at any time shall not exceed 2.5% of the Aggregate Commitments at such time.
