Syntax Groups definition

Syntax Groups means Syntax Groups Corporation, a California corporation. Taxes shall mean all federal, state, municipal and other governmental taxes, levies, charges, claims and assessments which are or may be owed or collected by the Companies with respect to their business, operations, Collateral or otherwise. Term Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

Related to Syntax Groups

  • Tax Group means any federal, state, local or foreign consolidated, affiliated, combined, unitary or other similar group of which the Acquiror Company is now or was formerly a member.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.
