Swingline Interest Payment Date definition

Swingline Interest Payment Date has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.14.
Swingline Interest Payment Date means the first Business Day of each month.

Swingline Interest Payment Date and "Swingline LIBOR Rate" have the respective meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.14.
Swingline Interest Payment Date means, initially, July [30], 2003, and thereafter the numerically corresponding date of each month. If a month does not contain a day that numerically corresponds to the initial Interest Payment Date, the Interest Payment Date shall be the last day of such month.
