Survey Request means a request, brief or instruction submitted or accepted by the Customer via Website, email or other written means, for LARKI to provide a certain Service and/or Deliverable. A Survey Request could be a written document, proposal or Website information provided by LARKI and acknowledged by the Customer as the Services and/or Deliverables to be provided.

  • Survey Report means the report containing initial information regarding the Project and other details provided as per the provisions of Clause 1.6.2.1.1 of this RFP;

  • Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.
