Support Users definition

Support Users means the specified persons from Customer's corporate staff, helpdesk and/or information technology personnel, as agreed in writing between CMC and Customer, who may communicate with CMC and utilize the support services described in Section 3 of this Agreement. The list of Support Users may be amended from time-to-time by the mutual written agreement of the parties.
Support Users means the End Users designated by Customer to receive access to Administrate’s support desk. All Support Requests from Customer must be submitted by one of the Support Users. The Software Services include an online helpdesk enabling the End Users of the Software Services to send reports to Administrate describing the Service Error. Examples of Support Users in a sentence

  • You shall use best efforts to ensure that only Authorized Customer Support Users are provided access to the Service Desk Infrastructure and Student Support Services, including not causing or permitting third parties to access such infrastructure or services.
