Supply Fee definition

Supply Fee has the meaning set forth in Article 6.
Supply Fee means [*] per Barrel.
Supply Fee means $0.0035 per gallon, as may be amended from time to time by the Parties pursuant to Section 2.1(d).

Related to Supply Fee

  • Royalty Fee means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.
