Examples of Supplier shall in a sentence

  • If the Authority requests such a meeting the Supplier shall propose measures to ensure that the MI Failures are rectified and do not occur in the future.

  • Supplier shall provide at least twelve (12) months written notice to DXC prior to Supplier’s discontinuance of manufacturing any Products.
