  • End User may cancel Maintenance of Supplied Software licensed by Agilos by sending a registered written notice of such cancellation to Agilos at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the Initial Maintenance Period or, following the Initial Maintenance Period, the then-current annual renewal period.
