Supplementary Schedule definition

Supplementary Schedule to this MOLA means the form or format entered into between Lessor and Lessee which contains, at a minimum, a description of the Assets, the name of the Lessee, applicable Rent Payment, and term of the Lease. To be effective, a Schedule must be executed by both Lessor and Lessee.

  • Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor the Equipment described on each Supplementary Schedule (“Schedule”), which is a separate agreement executed from time to time by Lessor and Lessee and makes specific reference to this Master Lease Agreement (“MLA”).

  • Each deposit of Additional Securities shall be listed in a Supplementary Schedule to the Reference Trust Agreement stating the date of such deposit and the number of Additional Units being issued therefor.

  • Services The services set out in clause 3 and any additional services taken up by the Rightsholder from time to time by signing or accepting a Supplementary Schedule for those Services, all of which are provided by CLNZ under this Agreement.

  • The Trustee shall acknowledge in such Supplementary Schedule receipt of the deposit, and simultaneously with the receipt of said deposit, reflect the aggregate number of Additional Units specified in such Supplementary Schedule by recording such Additional Units on its books.

  • Each Supplementary Schedule shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Lessor, Lessee, their respective successors, and assigns except as expressly provided for herein.

  • The verbiage Text of the BG, mutually agreed upon by both parties, shall OVERRIDE any contradictions in this contract and a draft copy of which shall be entered as a Supplementary Schedule as an integral part of this contract.

Related to Supplementary Schedule

  • Supplementary Card means a Card issued by the Bank subject to this Agreement to a Supplementary Cardholder nominated by the Principal Cardholder and at the joint request of the Principal Cardholder and such Supplementary Cardholder; and

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement;
