Subsurface Easements. The utility company or public agency utilizing the subsurface portion of the Reciprocal Easement Area shall be responsible for the continuous upkeep and maintenance of the utility facilities.

Related to Subsurface Easements
Easement Area means the area which is hatched on the plan.
Easements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.12.
Surface water means all water which is open to the atmosphere and subject to surface runoff.
Utility easement means an easement of eight feet in width
Surface waters means water on the surface of the ground where water does not usually accumulate in ordinary watercourses, lakes, or ponds. This includes any waterborne objects.
