Substantially limits one or more major life activity means the physical or mental impairment prevents or severely restricts the applicant from performing or engaging in activities that are of central importance to most persons’ daily lives.
Major life activities means functions such as caring for one's self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and working.
