Subsisting Award definition

Subsisting Award means a Subsisting Option or a Subsisting Allocation;
Subsisting Award means any Award which has not been released, lapsed or otherwise become incapable of Vesting;
Subsisting Award means any Award which is subsisting and has not been released, lapsed or otherwise become incapable of exercise or vesting.
