Subsequent Results means all and any inventions, products, materials (which may include bacteria and phages), compounds, compositions, substances, methods, processes, techniques, know-how, data, information, discoveries and other results of whatsoever nature discovered or occurring in the course of, or arising from, the performance of (i) the Research; or (ii) activities of any nature which are joint or collaborative between the Inventors (including via consultancy or other agreements or arrangements) and the Company, in either case related to or underlying Group 1 Company Products (including any Companion Diagnostic Kits of any Group 1 Company Products);

  • All applications to be filed in accordance with the provisions of clauses 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 above covering any part of the Know-How (other than the Existing Know-How), the Initial Research Results and the Subsequent Results shall be filed in the joint names of Yeda and the Company or, should the law of the relevant jurisdiction so require, in the name of the relevant inventors and then assigned to Yeda and the Company in joint names.

Related to Subsequent Results

  • Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Subsequent Recovery Any amount recovered by a Servicer or the Master Servicer with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan with respect to which a Realized Loss was incurred after the liquidation or disposition of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Subsequent Recoveries As to any Distribution Date, with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan that resulted in a Realized Loss in a prior calendar month, unexpected amounts received by the Master Servicer (net of any related expenses permitted to be reimbursed pursuant to Section 3.08) specifically related to such Liquidated Mortgage Loan.

  • Subsequent Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related Subsequent Transfer Agreement.
