Subsequent Installation definition

Subsequent Installation means any subsequent nbn installation at a Service Address after a prior Standard Installation or Non-Standard Installation. TCP Code means Industry Code C628:2019 Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code.

Examples of Subsequent Installation in a sentence

  • Following Landlord's approval of Specification Documents for any Subsequent Installation, Tenant shall provide at least two (2) Business Day's written notice to Landlord prior to commencing any such Subsequent Installation.

  • If the installation is a non-standard installation or a Subsequent Installation, then nbn ™ Co will provide you with a quote for the additional costs, and will only perform the non-standard installation or Subsequent Installation if you agree.

  • Nuclear installation means (a) anything defined as a ‘Nuclear Installation’ in the Paris Convention (Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy of 29th July 1960, as subsequently amended) or the Vienna Convention (Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage); (b) any vessel or means of transport incorporating a nuclear reactor; or (c) any other facility or site containing a nuclear reactor or storing or handling any nuclear fuel or waste.
