Subject Content means a 3rd party application SCORM Cloud. Learning programs are streamed to the Licensee’s learning management system (“LMS”) using a Dispatch Package from SCORM Cloud. Dispatch Package is a shell of a SCORM package provided by Ellie Mae that the Licensee imports into their LMS. When a user registers for and launches a course, SCORM Cloud streams the course content to the shell. The shell reports high level results (registration, completion, assessment scores) in the Licensee’s LMS. A single most current version of the learning content is maintained centrally in SCORM Cloud, and always available to users. AllRegs Education Program courses are professionally designed and authored by industry-recognized subject matter experts in accordance with industry standards and best practices. At a minimum, all courses are reviewed annually and updated as appropriate. Changes to industry regulations or requirements will be incorporated into relevant courseware within one hundred twenty (120) days of an applicable law change. The Subject Content will be delivered by Ellie Mae to Licensee within ten (10) business days following the execution of this Agreement and payment of the Annual Fee identified in Section 3(a) below.

  • All Subject Content, including, without limitation, all content, information, graphics, links, and other material contained therein, is the exclusive property of Ellie Mae, its third party publishers, and/or licensors, and is protected by copyright and other laws relating to proprietary rights.

  • In consideration of the license fee to be paid by Licensee and subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Ellie Mae grants to Licensee, during the Term (as hereinafter defined), a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and to allow an unlimited number of Authorized Users to use the Subject Content for internal employee/agent training and client education purposes only (the “Limited Use”).

Related to Subject Content

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.
