Subcontract Documents definition

Subcontract Documents means the documents comprising this Subcontract (as listed in the Subcontract Particulars) and any other document prepared for the purpose of the Works or this Subcontract (including any Subcontractor’s Design).
Subcontract Documents as used herein, means the Agreement, Swinerton Builders Subcontract Terms and Conditions, all attachments identified in the Agreement, and modifications and change orders issued after execution of the Agreement, and the Prime Contract Documents. The “Prime Contract Documents” as used in the Subcontract Documents are defined to mean and include the Prime Contract between the Owner and Contractor, including, but not limited to, all drawings and specifications, general and special or supplementary conditions and all other documents or attachments incorporated in the Prime Contract. An Index of Prime Contract Documents is attached hereto as Attachment B. Upon Subcontractor’s request, Contractor shall make copies of the Subcontract Documents available for review and reproduction, however, Contractor reserves the right to redact confidential, financial and trade secret information from the Prime Contract Documents made available to Subcontractor.
Subcontract Documents denotes this Subcontract and those appendices and exhibits referenced thereon.

Examples of Subcontract Documents in a sentence

  • The Subcontract Documents are complementary, and what is required by any one shall be as binding as if required by all.

Subcontract Documents shall include, without limitation, (i) the MSA and all attachments identified in the MSA, (ii) the WO and all attachments identified in the WO, (iii) the Prime Contract Documents applicable to a specific Project, and (iv) all modifications and change orders issued after execution of the Agreement. The “Prime Contract Documents” as used in this paragraph are defined to mean and include the Prime Contract between the Owner and Contractor for a specific Project, including, but not limited to, all drawings and specifications, general and special or supplementary conditions and all other documents or attachments incorporated in the Prime Contract. Upon Subcontractor’s request, Contractor shall make copies of the Prime Contract Documents available for review and reproduction, however, Contractor reserves the right to redact confidential, financial and trade secret information from the Prime Contract Documents made available to Subcontractor. The terms and conditions of any of Subcontractor proposals or quote submitted for a specific Project shall not in any way modify, amend, add or subtract from the terms and conditions contained in this MSA.
Subcontract Documents means this Agreement, all Work Orders, the Prime Contract associated with a particular Project, modifications to the Prime Contract issued after execution of the Prime Contract, whether before or after the execution of the Work Order, and modifications to the Work Order issued by General Contractor after its execution, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement.
Subcontract Documents means the Documents identified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 and for the avoidance of doubt, does not include the Subcontractor’s quotation.
Subcontract Documents means the Subcontract Agreement Form and all documents listed therein.
Subcontract Documents means, and consists solely of, the following: (a) the PO and all Change Orders issued under the PO; (b) this Subcontract and any amendments or addenda; (c) Exhibit AScope of Work, Pricing, Schedule, Specifications (attached hereto and/or to the PO); (d) Exhibit BInsurance Requirements; (e) Exhibit CInvoicing Instructions; and (f) Exhibit DPrime Contract (redacted copy incorporated by reference, to the extent more onerous or stringent relating to the performance of the Subcontract Work).
Subcontract Documents means the Request for Proposals filled out by CM/GC, the Proposal Form, this Agreement, the General Provisions, the Exhibits, Addenda, Notice to Proceed, Change Orders, Subcontract Modifications, Assignment and Release, and all other documents identified in this Agreement, together which form the Subcontract between the University and the CM/GC for the Work. The Subcontract constitutes the complete agreement between the University and CM/GC and supersedes any previous agreements or understandings.
