Sub-Tower definition

Sub-Tower has the meaning set forth in Section 29.7 of the Agreement.
Sub-Tower means each group of Services forming the entirety of a Statement of Work;

Examples of Sub-Tower in a sentence

  • Where HPI may terminate this Agreement in part, HPI may terminate a Tower, Sub-Tower or multiple Towers or Sub-Towers.

  • The Benchmarker shall compare the Charges [*] under this Agreement for the Services of the Sub-Tower being benchmarked to the costs [*] being incurred in a representative sample of IT operations for other entities (the “Benchmarked Representative Sample”).

  • Benchmarking Means, for a Sub-Tower, a comparison of the quality and Charges for the Services of that Sub-Tower against the quality and prices of well-managed suppliers performing services similar to the Services of the Sub-Tower being evaluated to determine whether Company is receiving from Supplier pricing and levels of service that are competitive with market rates, prices and service levels, given the nature, volume, and type of Services of that Sub-Tower provided by Supplier hereunder.

  • Means the monthly fee for the provision of the Services associated with a specific Tower or Sub-Tower at the number of Resource Units included within the Resource Baseline for the applicable month.

  • While Supplier may vary the actual sourcing of the supply of Services, the table below will not be amended except in accordance with the schedule defined in Section 5.1. The FES by Sub-Tower for the US/Global Agreement are set forth in Attachment 4-G.
