Studio Building definition

Studio Building means all parts of the building and premises in which the Studio is contained;
Studio Building means that building located at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (with an alternate entrance on ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.
Studio Building is defined in Recital A.

Examples of Studio Building in a sentence

  • The Rockefeller Center Tower Condominium (the “Condominium”) covers all of the land and buildings commonly known as ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ Avenue of the Americas and the Studio Building, which land and buildings are referred to collectively in this Declaration as the “Condominium Buildings”.

  • The Licensor shall be at liberty at any time to terminate this Licence on giving to the Licensee not less than three calendar months’ notice in writing whereupon the Licensee shall vacate the Room, Apartment, Studio, Building and this Licence shall be null and void and of no further force or effect but without prejudice to any claim by either party against the other in respect of any antecedent breach of any condition herein contained.

  • The Client shall only permit people directly involved in the Recordings to enter the Studio Building and only during the Period of Booking.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Studio Building and the West Building shall be known solely by their street addresses (i.e. as ▇▇ ▇.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 31.12(b), if at any time Tenant occupies less than 235,000 square feet of the Studio Building, then none of the Vacancy Restrictions shall apply to any future occupant of Vacant Space within the Studio Buildings and Landlord shall have no obligation to prohibit any such future occupant from complying with the Vacancy Restrictions.

  • Except as provided in Section 2.1(i) herein, Fifteen Forty Broadcasting will retain all rights, title and leasehold interest, if any, to the Studio Building.

  • During such transition period, Licensee shall have access to the Studio Building in the same manner as during the term of this Agreement.

  • Sales Agent shall provide separate, lockable office facilities for use by Licensee’s general manager or other managerial employee(s) and shall permit Licensee to install appropriate signs on the inside and outside of the Studio Building (consistent with applicable local requirements or agreements, if any, governing such signage and with the overall appearance of the Studio Building) identifying Licensee as the owner and licensee of the Station.

  • NBC shall submit to the Board, for the Board’s approval, each proposal for Studio Building rooftop utilization.

  • Lessee shall have the right to occupy approximately forty percent (40%) of Lessor's television production and distribution facility (the "Studio Building") as designated on the floor plans attached hereto as Exhibit A-1, including, without limitation, the network operations center, engineering facility and second floor offices.

Related to Studio Building

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
