Strata Lots definition

Strata Lots means the fee simple strata lots within the Development, as identified in section 2 of the General InstrumentPart 1 to which these Terms of Instrument are attached, over which this Agreement is registered as a covenant pursuant to section 219(2)(d) of the Land Title Act.
Strata Lots means the strata lots owned by the Hotel Section Owners.
Strata Lots means the strata lots created pursuant to a Strata Plan and “Strata Lot” means any one of them;

Examples of Strata Lots in a sentence

  • The Seller may rescind the Contract of Purchase and Sale and Addendum(s), if any, up to and including the day of , if the Seller has not sold, in the Seller’s sole discretion, sufficient Strata Lots.

  • The Sub- Committee shall be entitled to all rights and powers of the Executive Committee for the collection of such additional contributions, including, without limitation, through the sale of any Strata Lots which do not contribute their prorata share of the contributions set forth in the Shared Budget as provided in the Act.

  • The Developer agrees to procure and the Owner will transfer the Commercial Strata Lots to the Council at no cost to Council as set out in clause 5.3 and free of all encumbrances and the Council agrees to accept the transfer of the Commercial Strata Lots to be used by the Council for the Public Purpose.

  • The Purchaser will pay all taxes, rates, local improvement assessments, maintenance payments and other charges pertaining to the Strata Lots on the Completion Date, and all incoming and outgoings of whatsoever nature will be made from and including the Completion Date.

  • Where applicable, the terms of this Agreement will survive the Completion Date, the closing of the transaction contemplated herein and will not merge in the sale and transfer of the Strata Lots.

  • The appointment will continue thereafter for subsequent renewal terms of five years (each a “Renewal Term”), unless the Owner together with three-quarters of all owners of Residential Strata Lots who have entered into this or similar agreements with the Corporation elect to terminate the appointment, by written notice given between six months and twelve months before the end of the Term or then current Renewal Term.

  • The Purchaser agrees to purchase from the Vendor and the Vendor agrees to sell to the Purchaser the proposed strata lots described as: & (TBD) Unit numbers Strata Lots , Squamish, British Columbia, being proposed (the "Strata Lots").


More Definitions of Strata Lots

Strata Lots means the 162 strata lots in the Development created through the filing of strata plans;
Strata Lots means Strata Lots 8 to 24 inclusive of Strata Plan LMS4103;
Strata Lots means at any time all of the strata lots in the Development which are considered to be in the Rental Pool;
Strata Lots means one or more of the strata lots within the Enclaves, and “Strata Lot” means any one of them;
