Store Closing Order means the Final Order (I) Authorizing Retail Store Closing Sales Free and Clear of All Liens, Claims and Encumbrances; (II) Approving the Store Closing Procedures; (III) Authorizing the Debtors to Assume the Liquidating Agent Agreement; (IV) Authorizing Customary Bonuses to Employees at the Closing Stores; and
