Stock Lending Program definition

Stock Lending Program means the Stock lending program that is provided by GTN Asia to eligible clients which is offered by Custodians for listed securities held in GTN Asia’s Omnibus Account with Custodians subject to the terms agreed between GTN ASIA and such Custodians.

Examples of Stock Lending Program in a sentence

  • Under this Stock Lending Program, clients lend their securities to Custodians in exchange for collateral held by the Custodians as a security for the lent securities/stocks in accordance with relevant applicable laws, on behalf of clients of GTN ASIA participating in the Stock Lending Program.

  • Pursuant to the aforesaid agreements, GTN ASIA will provide the Client with an opportunity to participate in the Stock Lending Program.

  • The Client hereby agrees to participate in the Stock Lending Program subject to the terms and conditions of the stock lending participation agreements entered into between GTN ASIA and the Custodians and authorizes GTN ASIA to lend the fully paid shares in the Client Account, which are held by GTN ASIA on behalf of the Client in the GTN ASIA’s Omnibus Account with GTN ASIA’s appointed Custodians in various jurisdictions.

  • The Client acknowledges and agrees that all pertinent details of the Stock Lending Program, and also the risk disclosures associated with the Stock Lending Program which are outlined in Annexure 1 have been understood.

  • When a Customer opens an Account with Broker, Customer agree at that time to Clearing Broker’s “Master Securities Lending Agreement”, which can be accessed on the firm’s legal page and which outlines the terms and conditions of the Fully Paid Stock Lending Program, including the risks and benefits of participating.

  • By opening an Account, Customer understand that they will be automatically enrolled to participate in a fully paid stock lending program (the “Fully Paid Stock Lending Program”) administered in coordination with Alpaca until such time Customer elects to opt-out of the Fully Paid Stock Lending Program by contacting the Broker through the tools made available to Customer on the Platform.

  • In addition to this Section 22, Customers should consult the Master Securities Lending Agreement for additional terms and conditions related to the Fully Paid Stock Lending Program.
