Any such Step advancement(s), under this Article shall be in addition to the employee’s normal Step movement, and shall adjust future Step dates accordingly.
Step movement will be afforded the employee if this is part of the negotiated agreement providing the employee has worked six (6) or more months during the previous contract year.
Step movement shall resume on the pay period including July 1, 2005.
Step movement on the salary schedule is effective on July 1 of each year.
