Static Device definition

Static Device means laptop, ultraportable or desktop personal computer, ****, but excluding ****, that (a) ****, is primarily intended for use in a fixed location, (b) ****, (c) is capable of connecting to Distribution Servers via the Internet using a fixed line, Wi-Fi and/or cellular data connection, and (d) complies with the terms, conditions and limitations prescribed in this Agreement, including the applicable Technical and Security Specifications.
Static Device means laptop, ultraportable or desktop personal computer, non-portable video games consoles (including without limitation Xbox One, Wii U and Sony PlayStation 4 consoles), set top box, media streamer ****, but excluding ****, that (a) ****, is primarily intended for use in a fixed location, (b) ****, (c) is capable of connecting to Distribution Servers via the Internet using a fixed line, Wi-Fi and/or cellular data connection, and (d) complies with the terms, conditions and limitations prescribed in this Agreement, including the applicable Technical and Security Specifications.

Examples include, but are not limited to, mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. Mobile Device is a subset of Portable Device.
