Portable Device definition

Portable Device means any computing device with a small form factor, designed to be transported from place to place. Portable devices are primarily battery powered devices with base computing resources in the form of a processor, memory, storage, and network access. Examples include, but are not limited to, mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. Mobile Device is a subset of Portable Device.

Licensee agrees to (a) give Licensor 60 days’ prior written notice of any Portable Device (including sufficient technical specifications thereof) that will be deployed in connection with the Licensed Service after the Effective Date, (b) make itself reasonably available to meet and confer with Licensor about such device upon Licensor’s request, and (c) certify in writing to Licensor that such device complies with all applicable terms and conditions in this Agreement (including, without limitation, the Usage Rules, and the content protection and security requirements set forth in Attachment A and in Section 10 of Attachment D).
