Statewide Policy Guidance definition

Statewide Policy Guidance has the meaning set forth in the Terms and Conditions to the Underlying Contract.
Statewide Policy Guidance means the set of policies and procedures, including technical standards, adopted by the New York State Department of Health, related to operation of the Statewide Health Information Network of New York, or SHIN-NY.
Statewide Policy Guidance means the set of policies and procedures, including technical standards and SHIN-NY services and products, that are developed through the statewide collaboration process and adopted by the department as provided in section 300.3 of this Part, including the statewide policy guidance incorporated by reference in subdivision (c) of that section.
