State Indemnitees definition

State Indemnitees means the State, the Commonwealth Transportation Board, the Department or any other agency, instrumentality or political subdivision of the State and their respective Representatives.
State Indemnitees. “State Indemnitees” means, collectively, the State of Arizona, its departments, agencies, universities, commissions, and boards and, and their respective officers, agents, and employees.
