Standing Trees definition
Standing Trees means the trees on the Work Site(s) as described in the First and Second Schedules to this Agreement;
Standing Trees means all the trees standing or located (even if not standing) on the Non Freehold Land and the Freehold Land as at Completion.
Standing Trees means trees authorized for harvest under the cutting authority (excepting reserved trees) but at the discretion of the licence holder are not cut and removed.
Examples of Standing Trees in a sentence
Where the price has been calculated by reference to measurement by volume of Standing Trees, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have satisfied himself as to the accuracy of the estimated measurements.
