Standard performance definition

Standard performance means a rating given to an employee who meets the expected level of performance needed to accomplish the objectives of a position.
Standard performance means a criterion established in the interest of protecting the public health and safety for the control of noise, odor, smoke, toxic or noxious matter, vibration, fire and explosive hazards and other objectionable or dangerous elements generated by or inherent in use of land or buildings.
