Stallage definition

Stallage means the sum set out in Part F of the Schedule for the Stall per day for the Licence Period and thereafter such sum as shall be determined by the Council and notified at any time to the Trader by not less than one month’s previous notice in writing PROVIDED THAT the increase in the Stallage shall not become payable before the expiry of each 12 month period beginning on the date of the last increase

  • The Stallholder must clearly state the type of business and goods to be sold when applying for Stallage Rights and he must only conduct that type of business and sell those goods.

  • Stall means the structure for which the Council grants a Licence for goods or services to be displayed thereon or from which services are provided.

  • Winter means November 1 through March 31.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
